IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to the severity of the weather and employee safety, today's summer meal box distribution is being pushed back an hour. Meals will be available for pickup at all four sites from 8 a.m. to noon. We appreciate your understanding.

If you will be picking up meals today as part of the curbside summer feeding program, please be aware the delivery trucks are running late and pickups will be delayed until approximately 8 a.m. This affects all sites, with the exception of Parkway, which will open at the normal time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All PreK through 6th Grade students can earn free pizza now through August 31st by meeting their reading goals! 1.) Our afternoon car line looks to be fairly short! Please be sure your pick-up people are in line on time!
2.) Check out our facebook post with TONS of lost & found items. If you see something that might be yours, please come grab it by Friday (5/22). After Friday, items will be donated.
3.) The last day to pick up medicine will also be Friday, May 22nd. After that, it will be discarded!
4.) Annual Registration will begin mid-July. EVERY student must have a completed annual registration!

Today we had the incredible privilege of celebrating two of our amazing faculty members as their journey into retirement begins! Keeping kids fed over the summer costs a pretty penny, but Bossier Schools is coming to the rescue with FREE, nutritious meal boxes – and there are no income restrictions!
Starting Tuesday, May 26, any child age 18 and under is eligible for nutritious meal boxes at four drive-through pickup sites: Benton Middle, W.T. Lewis Elementary, Haughton Middle and Parkway High.
Each box includes 7 shelf stable breakfasts & lunches (no refrigeration or heating needed)
This USDA Summer Food Service Program is completely FREE
Curbside pickups are from 7-11 a.m. every Tuesday, May 26-June 23 and July 7-July 28.
